Sponsored Content & Advertising Disclosure Policy

Effective Date: 3 July 2026

This policy governs paid, sponsored, and advertising content on RÆDIUS: platform Ads (a Post promoted beyond its normal audience) and creator commercial content (sponsored, paid, gifted, affiliate). It applies alongside the Terms, Creator Terms, Business Terms, and Community Guidelines.

1. Ads must be identifiable

Every Ad must be clearly identifiable as advertising. RÆDIUS labels Ads in the interface (e.g. an "Ad" badge and an expandable brand panel). Businesses and creators must not disguise Ads as organic content or obscure who is behind them. Where an Ad involves a creator collaborator, the collaborator is shown only after they accept.

2. Creator disclosure of commercial content

If you post content because you were paid, gifted, or have an affiliate/material connection, you must disclose it clearly and prominently in the content itself (not only in a profile or buried tag), in addition to any platform label. This is required regardless of whether you used the Ads tool. Comply with the standards of each market you reach — e.g. India (ASCI guidelines; Consumer Protection Act 2019 and endorsement/e-commerce rules), US (FTC Endorsement Guides; clear "#ad"/"sponsored"), EU (Unfair Commercial Practices Directive; national influencer rules; DE/FR specifics), UK (CAP Code/ASA; CMA guidance), Japan (Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations, incl. "stealth marketing" rules).

3. Truthful, lawful advertising

Ads and commercial content must be truthful, substantiated, and lawful. No deceptive claims, fake scarcity, fake reviews/endorsements, or misleading before/after or health/fitness claims (Wrex content is not medical advice and must not imply it is). Regulated categories (e.g. finance, health, alcohol, gambling, supplements) must follow sector rules and may be restricted or prohibited.

4. Targeting and data

Ad targeting uses first-party in-app signals (interest graph; age/sex where known) — not third-party trackers. Advertisers do not receive individuals' personal data from targeting; they receive aggregate performance metrics. Targeting on sensitive attributes, and profiling-based targeting generally, is done only where lawful and with any required consent/opt-out. See the Cookie & Tracking Policy and Privacy Policy §4.10.

5. Reporting and enforcement

Ads and sponsored content can be reported in-app and are subject to the Notice-and-Action Policy and the enforcement ladder. Undisclosed sponsorship, deceptive ads, and ad fraud are violations.

6. Planned: Paid delivery and billing

Paid ad delivery, budgets, auctions, and billing are modelled in the data but not yet live; no payment is currently collected. When paid advertising launches, separate advertising, billing, tax, and refund terms will apply and be presented before use.
