Business Terms

These Business Terms are an overlay on the Terms of Service that applies when your Account is in the Business role. They add to the Terms, Brand Collaboration Terms, Sponsored Content Policy, and Verification Policy.

1. Becoming a Business

You switch to the Business role in settings. You must provide accurate business identity information — legal name, trade name, registration number, business type, industry, country, address, business email/phone, timezone, and currency. Certain features (notably Ads) unlock only when your business profile is marked complete.

2. Authority and accuracy

By using the Business role you represent that you are authorised to act for the business, that the business information and any brand assets you upload are accurate and lawful, and that your public claims and credentials are truthful and not misleading. You must keep this information up to date.

3. Business verification

Business verification (verified_business status) is granted only after review of genuine business evidence you submit; it is a status based on records, not a guarantee of the business's legality, solvency, or conduct. See the Verification Policy. Do not display or imply a verification you do not hold.

4. Creator discovery, proposals, and deals

The Business role lets you discover Creators, send collaboration proposals, negotiate, and manage Deals through the deal inbox, including reviewing proofs/deliverables and approving completion. The workflow, retained records, and dispute handling are in the Brand Collaboration Terms. You must engage honestly, honour agreed terms, and not misuse discovery or the inbox to spam or defraud.

5. Advertising

A completed Business profile can run Ads (a RÆDIUS post promoted beyond its normal audience), optionally with a Creator collaborator. Ads are governed by the Sponsored Content Policy and must be lawful, accurate, and clearly identifiable. You are responsible for your ad claims, targeting choices, and compliance with advertising, consumer-protection, and sector-specific rules in each market you target. Paid ad delivery and billing are not yet live; when they launch they will be governed by separate advertising and billing terms, published before they apply.

6. Campaign management and analytics

You may access campaign management tools and aggregate analytics (impressions, reach, engagement). Metrics are provided "as is," may be estimated, and must not be used to re-identify individuals or for any purpose other than running your campaigns and collaborations.

7. Data protection role

Where you process personal data of individuals you reach through RÆDIUS (e.g. leads from a collaboration), you act as an independent controller for that processing and must comply with applicable data-protection law. Aphelion is not your processor for such activity unless a separate written agreement says so.

8. Planned: Paid features and marketplace

Subscriptions, paid promotion, catalog/shops, and marketplace features are not live. If introduced, additional business/advertising and billing terms (including tax and invoicing) will apply and be presented before use.
