Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This AUP governs how you may technically interact with RÆDIUS. It complements the Community Guidelines (which govern what you may post). Breach may lead to rate-limiting, feature loss, suspension, or termination under the Terms, and, where relevant, referral to authorities.

1. System integrity and access

You must not:

• Access, probe, or scan the Platform, APIs, Supabase backend, or Cloudflare storage other than through the official app/site and documented flows.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with Row-Level Security, authentication, rate limits, moderation filters, private-media access controls, or verification/deal access controls.
• Attempt privilege escalation, access another user's account, private posts, private messages, private deal proofs, or verification evidence.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law.

2. Automation, scraping, and data collection

You must not use bots, crawlers, scrapers, or automated means to access, collect, or create Content or accounts, except (a) with our prior written permission, or (b) as permitted for lawful search indexing via published mechanisms. You must not harvest users' personal data, build shadow profiles, or train models on RÆDIUS Content without a lawful basis and permission.

3. Abuse of platform features

You must not:

• Manipulate metrics or ranking — fake engagement, bought followers/likes, coordinated inauthentic behaviour, or gaming the interest graph or discovery.
• Abuse messaging — mass unsolicited messages, or use guest sessions to evade blocks, bans, or moderation.
• Abuse collaboration/deal tools — spam proposals, fabricate proofs/deliverables, launder payments off-platform to defraud, or misuse the deal record.
• Commit ad fraud — fake impressions/clicks, misrepresent an ad's nature, or run ads that breach the Sponsored Content Policy.
• Abuse verification — submit false, borrowed, or altered evidence, or impersonate a reviewer.

4. Security research

Good-faith security research is welcome under coordinated disclosure: report vulnerabilities to fuy.aphelion@gmail.com and give us reasonable time to fix before disclosure. Do not access others' data beyond the minimum needed to demonstrate a flaw, and do not run denial-of-service, spam, or destructive tests. We will not pursue researchers who act in good faith within these limits.

5. Content transmission hygiene

You must not upload malware, links to malware or phishing, or content designed to harm devices or networks, and you must not use the Platform to distribute unlawful spam.

6. Consequences

We may throttle, remove access to features, suspend, or terminate for AUP breaches, and take legal action or refer serious matters (e.g. intrusion, fraud, CSAM) to authorities. Repeat or severe technical abuse is treated like a serious violation under the Community Guidelines enforcement ladder.
